Here is our latest timetable:

Zen Space is a clean and spacious yoga studio in the Lifestyle Centre, just a couple of kms from the Samford roundabout along Mt Glorious Road.  Our teachers are fully trained, insured and registered with Yoga Australia – they know how to make your yoga easy, fun and safe for your body.

Please contact the teacher (see below) to book your spot or just turn up.  Bring your own mat, bolster, blanket and belt  OR if you don’t have these, we have yoga equipment for you to use. If you want to purchase equipment we have yoga equipment for sale at Zen Space.

If you’re a beginner you can start with a Beginners Class.

On Monday evenings at 7:30pm Camille is offering a 10-week Beginners Course in Iyengar Yoga. Students will be introduced to the methodology of the Iyengar system including prop use, sequencing, timing and repetition of the introductory poses (asanas). These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.

On Tuesday evenings at 6pm Marian runs a general class for Beginners. She will guide you through all aspects of the yoga journey, offering gentle and easy options to assist students to find their way into the shapes in a safe and easy way.

If you know which class you’d like to attend… send the teacher a text to make sure there is room and let them know you are coming.  If you’re love to be spontaneous, you can also just roll the dice and show up!

Wen teaches on Saturday mornings at 7:30am and Tuesdays at 9:30. She helps each student discover their own alignment with body, mind and soul using physical posture, meditation and breathwork and plenty of laughter. Her classes cater to all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners.
